Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data BreakWatch collects, why, and your rights over it. BreakWatch is operated from Croatia (EU).

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and, optionally, your team name.
• Monitoring data — the changelog/docs URLs you add, and snapshots of those public pages we fetch to detect changes.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage/technical data needed to operate the service securely.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: monitoring your sources, detecting and alerting you to changes, processing your subscription, and sending transactional email. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Sub-processors that run the service: Supabase (database & auth, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Where it's stored

Your account and monitoring data are stored in the EU. Each team's data is isolated at the database level so other customers cannot access it.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data, and you may object to certain processing. Email support@breakwatch.dev and we'll action it. You can also delete your account at any time.

We use essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See the cookie notice on the site.
