By using BreakWatch you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a team, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

The service

BreakWatch monitors public changelog and documentation pages you specify and attempts to detect and classify changes. It is provided on a best-effort basis — we do not guarantee that every change will be detected or correctly classified, and you remain responsible for your own integrations.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Only monitor URLs you're permitted to access.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to abuse, overload, or circumvent access controls of third-party sites.
• Don't resell or redistribute the service without permission.
• Don't attempt to breach the security or isolation of other customers.

Plans & billing

The Free plan is free. Pro is €29/month per team, excluding VAT — VAT is calculated and added at checkout according to your country, so the total charged may be higher than €29. Billed via Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, BreakWatch is not liable for missed or misclassified changes or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. We'll revise this page if the terms change.
